Notes:

  • A weekly sync up of the PMs of the X org held on Wednesday afternoon

  • Agenda is circulated at least 3 days before so that stakeholders can work on their items

  • Agenda keeps changing 

  • Top of my mind - 10 mins for the VP/Head of Product to speak what is the most important thing she wants to discuss

  • A moderator is chosen for each week who decides the agenda

  • Every weekly syncup ends with a moderator chosen for the next week

  • Keep an hour for the syncup

  • Timebox all agenda items

  • If there is nothing to discuss end the meeting early and give your PMs’ precious time back

  • If last week’s action items are not resolved, it gets added to the current week’s action items

  • Post the MOMs on the PM Slack channel
